T Shirt Designer

Are you looking for a full time “T-Shirt Designing Job”? Then you've come to the right place.
My name is Christian and I run a small t-shirt business on amazon with MBA. I am growing steadily and therefore looking for a t-shirt designer who wants to make my business bigger with me.

And that's why I'm looking for one of you.

The main qualities you need to bring and that I am looking for are:
• I am looking for a full time designer
• 40 hours per week and a long business relationship
• Very important is that you work with Illustrator, if you can not work with Illustrator, please do not apply
• You can draw and implement your ideas in Illustrator
• Knowledge in trademark
• You are willing and able to learn the research process to look for possible designs you can create on your own without any advice from my side. This should be a long term goal
• You act responsibly and reliably
• Also important is that you have a Transferwise account
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite
• You have an eye for good looking shirt designs and for details
• You are able to come up with own shirt designs
• Knowledge in Dropbox (for the workspace)

To find the best designer I have come up with a little contest.

Here are the rules for the contest:
I'll give you three descriptions for T Shirt designs that you'll have to implement. Your task is to create an individual and self-designed shirt design. Follow the instructions and create your own design. If you make an effort and I like your designs, there is a very good chance that I will hire you.
