Hourly Rate Depends on Experience, Target $4/hour

This person will have 3 responsibilities:
1. Outbound Phone Calls - Make phone calls to property owners to determine the accuracy of the phone numbers.
2. Manage Database - Once accuracy is determined, update the contact information in Hubspot and the corresponding spreadsheet.
3. Research Ownership & Phone Numbers - Hunt down the correct owner of properties and the correct phone number for owners of properties. (alternatively, this could be outsourced)
This person should have the following skills:
• Excellent english (speaking) and the ability to make phone calls to US phone numbers during normal business hours, Mountain Standard Time
• Excellent research skills and access to the highest quality tools to find owner phone numbers, such as TLO, or LexusNexus
As mentioned before, this is really a game of finding the phone number to match the owner. Someone who doesn't like making calls or who doesn't have the research skills and the proper tools to find phone numbers would not be a good fit.
They have to be a person who enjoys the "thrill of the hunt" with an attitude that says, "I am going to find this guy, watch me" and it becomes a bit of a game for them.
