SEO Account Manager

Our team is looking for an experienced SEO account manager who:
• Is always on their ‘A’ game
• Is creative and forward thinker

• Has solid understanding of SEO
• Has an enthusiastic attitude and fun personality

As the Client Success expert, you will be expected to do:
• Daily client communication (mostly through email)
• Bi-weekly and monthly client performance reporting
• Evaluation of new clients, strategy development and mapping
• Collaborate with other teams to communicate deliverables
• Strategy execution, measuring and modification
(IMPORTANT NOTE: You are expected to execute on strategy and get your hands dirty)
• Google penalty and technical SEO analysis
• Competitor analysis and tracking

Basic Criteria & Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Customer or Client Service experience
• Experience with SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMRush)
• Proficient in most project management platforms such as Asana, Basecamp 3
• Familiar with various analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (PHP is a plus)
• Understanding of technical factors that go into a proper website architecture and layout
• Strong understanding of on-page principles and competitive analysis process
• Ability to audit existing strategies and develop modifications to further progress matured
campaigns
• Must be amenable to attend once to twice monthly onsite meetings in the Metro
• High speed home internet of at least 5 Mbps
• Must send sample client performance report
