JOB OVERVIEW

We organize, curate, manage, and host group travel experiences around the world, which is both a complex and amazing undertaking. Our business has changed in a number of ways due to covid and will continue to shift.

Below you will find a range of activities that the project manager/business admin role ---------- aracteristics for the role:
You should be a critical thinker that is comfortable creating your own workflow.
You should be able to understand the desired outcome and devise your own path to accomplish the goal.
You’ll need to be organized, diligent, and timely.
You should have great creative and technical writing skills, as you will sometimes be writing emails for marketing trips while at other times you’ll write emails that are focused on sharing important trip details with guests.
You’re able to manage multiple varying responsibilities day to day.


Tasks

Activities not directly related to upcoming trips

-Potential client engagement (activities that connect people to the brand, but are not geared towards a specific open trip):
-Send weekly emails regarding destinations that are currently open for travel during covid (we have examples for this)- Weekly
-Manage content that should be posted to the Facebook Page- Weekly
-Conduct activities that will grow the company Facebook Group - Weekly
-Ensure that website is up to date for upcoming events and trips.
-Customer service- Respond to email and Facebook inquiries

Past client engagement (keeping past customers connected to the brand):
-Schedule interviews between our founder and past BTF clients. This will entail sending emails with a Calendly invitation.
Monthly (4 per month)
-Coordinate online Zoom events for past clients. We’ve held several of these, and the work that’s required is drafting the invitation emails, creating the schedule, and devising a way to get folks interested and attending. (1 time every 2 months)
-Ensure that past clients remain connected to the company even if they are not traveling with us right now.
-Potentially manage a referral program, that gives BTF clients a benefit for referring their friends to the company for travel experiences.

Monthly salary is: $500 up to $1,000 depending on work experience
