JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone to take over and build our presence on social media - LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram across our brands: The Real Estate Voice, Partica, and Realview.

We are based in Australia, so you will need to work in our time zone, and we offer great work from home conditions with paid holidays and sick leave.

THIS IS NOT A VA ROLE. YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE GRAPHICS.

To apply you must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in social media, and:

* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent writing in English
* Be super organised - able to manage multiple brands
* Positive can do attitude
* Pro-active - work with minimum supervision
* Not afraid to ask questions
* Can start immediately.
* Minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.

Tasks and responsibilities
* Maintain a consistent social media personality and purpose in-line with the brand and its positioning.
* Responsible for all the brand's social media content development, execution, scheduling and uploading.
* Aligns social media posts with EDMs, blogs and marketing focus for the month.
* Measure social media efforts and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
* Identifies social media influencers and bloggers who can add value and reflect the brand.
* Researches and builds relationships with social media influencers.
* Send welcome message to new followers on Instagram

LinkedIn
* Using Sales Navigator to find potential connections, reaching out to connections, congratulating links on new jobs etc
* Finding, choosing and posting relevant content on LinkedIn - articles, motivational posts etc.
* Liaising with the brand manager about messages and requests etc.


Facebook

* Managing Facebook pages
* Finding relevant content to post on Facebook
* Boosting relevant posts
* Managing offers
* Posting questions
* Finding and joining relevant groups
* Commenting - or flagging certain comments for review by brand managers
* Coordinating graphic creation for posts
* Encouraging feedback and engagement
* Inviting people to like our page
* Setting up a products page for TREV
* Answering messages

Google My Business
* Managing the Google My Business pages for each brand.
* Requesting or co-ordinating reviews]
* Commenting or flagging reviews for comment by brand manager
* Keeping products / services up to date
* Managing the my business web page
* Posting regular updates

Instagram
* Coordinating graphic creation for posts
* Managing linktree
* Liking other instagram users
* Engaging with potential customers
