RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply "white hat" techniques to gain visibility in rankings.
- Identify areas of SEO opportunity in site structure, on-page optimization, and keyword tracking.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor research.
- Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and revenue performance.
- Write copy or edit existing copy to improve SEO performance.
- Continuously improve the SEO skill set, staying up to date with shifts in the marketplace.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience in SEO.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field. (associate or bachelors or higher).
- Advanced understanding and practical application of enterprise SEO platforms like seoClarity, BrightEdge, Conductor, Google Search Console, etc.
- Advanced technical proficiency with website architecture, HTML, JavaScript, and search bot rendering.
- Comfortable with platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Kwfinder, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Kajabi and WordPress.
- A basic understanding of paid media and how SEO can help support overall marketing efforts.
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Innovative thinker, intuitive learner, with the ability to quickly find solutions in a fast-moving industry.
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- Work remotely.
- Part-time, can be full-time depending on performance (EST time).
- 10-20 hours per week initially, can be more depending on workload.
- $7 USD/hour, can raise to $10 depends on your experience.
- Pay weekly.
- We pay bonuses for great work.
- We give pay increases based on performance.
