JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads
The Google Ads contractor will be responsible for setting up and optimizing all company Google ads leading to our company Israel’s Sons LLC. The Google Ads contractor will work directly with the marketing manager to hit key KPIs around our ads and support with increasing our overall application volume as a company. The Google Ads contractor will report on all key metrics from the campaigns set up and work with the marketing manager on suggestions for consistent improvement and scaling.

Okay, enough about us. Here's who we're looking for:
2+ years of paid Google Ads Management experience (not a social media management campaign)
Setting up all necessary systems to be able to work within Google Ads
Analysis of our stores to formulate audiences to be targeted for advertising our services
Strong proficiency in creating, launching, and managing campaigns
Familiarity with analytics, keyword research and heatmap tools
Must be conversant on all the basic concepts, features and algorithms of Google AdWords
Knowledge on pay per click or CTR concepts that govern sales leads creation and traffic generation
Efficient in calculating the ROI and conduct performance analysis for improvement
Mathematical skills to calculate the CTR and other concepts of Google AdWords
Must possess a strong command on the written and verbal communication skills
Continual learning on the trending tools, changing algorithms and the new concepts on Google ads
Capable to work independently and as a team, in a remote environment leveraging the latest tools and technologies
Efficient time management skills to ensure timely delivery of the AdWords programs or ---------- n articulate -- with specific metrics and analytics -- successful campaigns they have worked on in the past
Advanced awareness of the psychology of advertising and the customer ---------- mitment to ongoing education and digital marketing training to stay on top of changes to Google Ads regulations, strategies, and updates
Ability to problem-solve, analyze data/metrics, and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results.
High attention to detail, and excellent proofreading, writing, and editing ---------- lf-starting attitude with the experience and excitement to dive in with the self-awareness to ask for help and guidance when necessary.
Knowledge of various 3rd party platforms such as ClickFunnels, Ontraport, etc. is a plus

Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Understanding and developing the strategy of a specific campaign and intricate client ---------- t up and fully manage all Google ad campaigns to drive to our company application
Working in conjunction with the Facebook Ads manager on our ad account to coordinate and set up all advertising campaigns for maximum effectiveness
Tasking out different components of a campaign like images and copy to the creative team.
Placing and verifying pixel to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting.
Optimizing campaigns for the lowest possible cost per result and overall positive ROI daily.
Producing weekly reports for our account updates, recommendations, and ---------- municating key KPIs and actions around those with the marketing manager for consistent improvement and maximum ROI
Following-up with all communication, questions, and concerns from the marketing manager promptly
Staying on top of new techniques, strategies, and changes to test for better results & campaign successes.
Proactively developing and optimizing creative strategies to consistently drive high-quality leads, traffic, applications and visibility.
Attending & contributing to monthly metric meetings + consultations for the account goals and strategic success of the account.
Participating in weekly Marketing Department L10 meetings to ensure campaigns are meeting company goals and responsibilities.
Understand the requirements and marketing demands of our store and align the advertising strategies and techniques accordingly
Marketing team is able to expand our outreach via Google Ads and analyze its performance against other marketing efforts
Bring in applications consistently at our communicated cost per application
Marketing manager clearly understands our campaign results and actions being taken on a daily & weekly basis
Collaboration and cohesion is created so our other marketing efforts are supported with our Google Ads
Potentially reach a new higher quality audience who is actively searching for Facebook Marketing support
Potentially explore expanding our Google Ad knowledge & services as a company with this being our first text experience
