Morning Shift - SOFTWARE DEVELOPER/ WEB DEVELOPER

HIRING COMPANY: EliteInsure Ltd. is a high end, new-tech, Insurance Brokerage Firm with its headquarters in New Zealand & teams spread across Asia. Our company has experienced exponential growth with outsourcing and has an established, yet expanding team in the Philippines. We are currently looking for dedicated people to be part of its growth.

WORK LOCATION: Remote, work from home-Philippines

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately

CONTRACT: Full Time

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 6 am to 3pm MNL time

FEE:
o Php. 30-35K (basic monthly fee) and a chance to bump up salary after the 1st performance review

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Trained in computer programming & software development
- Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, business goals, follow management guidelines & reporting protocols, requests, project time frames
- An expert at PHP 7, Laravel, MYSQL, Codeigniter, UI/UX Design.
- Well-spoken English
- Minimum21 years of age
- Minimum of 10 Mbps internet speed
- In possession of a personal computer or laptop and a headset with microphone
- Passport or 1 Govt. ID and NBI Clearance (may follow upon contract signing)
- Proof of Address (may follow upon contract signing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Software / Programmes/websites for the company
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance systems based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards
- Create and present multiple technical solutions that show thoughtful approaches to strategy and issue resolution
- Provide IT Support to the team members
