JOB DESCRIPTION

Freedom Embodied Academy seeks to hire a Technical Virtual Assistant with at least 3 years of experience working online to directly support Founder / CEO Najmah Muhammad. The Virtual Assistant will assist with our online launches as well as working in client care, admin and back-end operations/systems.

HOURS

This position will be 20+ hours per month with additional hours leading up to events and online launches. We want someone who desires to grow with us and is eager to take on more responsibility quickly! ** THIS POSITION HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME PERMANENT FULL-TIME**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SYSTEMS

* Set up landing pages, opt in pages, thank you pages, checkout pages and All Access pages for launches

* Create and monitor email campaigns and broadcasts

* Create affiliate tracking systems for launches

* Integrate various platforms to create efficiencies and automations

* Help coordinate and manage all the administrative details of online events

* Work with ads team to add pixels to relevant pages and monitor progress on campaigns through Infusionsoft

* Take notes during team calls and organize action items into Basecamp and assign to the appropriate party with deadlines

* Stay on top of team deadlines and communicate with team members regularly to keep operations and launches running smoothly

* Create SOPS for each new system or procedure created and document in Basecamp

ADMIN/CUSTOMER SERVICE

* Provide client care support via email or phone when necessary to current clients

*Set up and manage email reminder and replay campaigns in Infusionsoft for client calls and upload replays of calls to Client Portal

* Provide live webinar and FB Challenge support including interacting with attendees, answering chat questions, providing links, sharing PowerPoint Slides, Managing Panelists, etc

* Correspond with affiliate partners, guest speakers, and manage outreach to coordinate speaking engagements

* Assist with uploading and optimizing weekly Youtube videos

* Other tasks as assigned

SOCIAL MEDIA

* Assist with the monitoring and management of all FB Groups, including:

- Creating and post weekly welcome messages for new FB Group members

- Supporting with the set up, monitoring and management of FB Groups during online launches including creating and posting daily announcements, setting up and managing the "guides," uploading files, creating and managing FB Events, downloading and transferring FB Videos to Vimeo and embedding videos in All Access Page

* Create, manage and monitor Eventbrite and Meetup events during online launches

REQUIRED TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

* Must have a computer and high speed internet access!

* Highly Proficient in Infusionsoft, Wordpress (light coding preferred) and Zapier

* Google Drive Suite: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms

* Zoom Video Conferencing

* Dropbox File Sharing

* Wishlist or other membership site experience

* Project Management System experience (Basecamp preferred)

* PowerPoint/Google Slides proficient

* Facebook Groups, Events, Lives, Stories and Posts

* Youtube
