We need help with scaling and organizing operations and backend. Looking for someone with experience managing a team and managing other project managers for various projects.

Looking for a ROCK STAR Project Manager with expertise in:
? Working with or passion for non-profit or impact-driven businesses.
? Creating the project plan based on our vision, managing the implementation of that plan and our project team to help us achieve our launch outcome.
? Having a knack for looking at the "pile of stuff" you have to do and breaking it down to something manageable.
? Managing the project plan, the deliverables, the timeline, the to-do list, and the team to get it all done are the things that you thrive at.
? Manage any idea that has several tasks and requires multiple team members to get from idea to done is a project.
? You create order out of chaos -- plan it out into a logical sequence, assign it to the right team member and manage the completion along the way.
? Manage the plan, the project team members, and the implementation.
? Help hire and screen team members to ensure we have a team of self-managed A-players to execute our plan.
? Our role is to "make it up", and it's up to you and the team members to "make it real".
? Turn our big ideas into reality with the least amount of stress possible.
? Creating systems to ensure our customers are being cared for by the most competent team members. Day-to-day activities run smooth and customers are wowed.
? Documenting business processes and improve them to handle growth.
? Determine a strategy and plan for getting it done.
? Ensure all processes and systems are optimized for maximum efficiency.
? Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) so onboarding and training new team members is a breeze.
? Help us stay on task, organized, and on point.
? Make the complicated easy, and will also help us get unstuck about what to do next and how to proceed.
