Key Responsibility:
This position will be responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, collecting, screening, and research data to use in finding project opportunities for our clients. The ideal candidate will not only be organized and process oriented but also find creative sourcing strategies to match projects that help drive the growth and success of our clients. You will also develop strategies to better identify potential projects and opportunities for clients.

We are a full-service professional outreach and marketing consulting firm that provides services to public agencies, construction firms and professional services firms as well as the small business community.
We specialize in the development, implementation and follow-through of community outreach programs as directly related to, and affected by, capital improvement and large infrastructure projects.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS DO:
Architectural & Engineering design services (roads, highways, rail - transit)
Real estate developers (commercial property with public funds typically)
Construction firms (Transportation, horizontal, vertical builds)
Construction management support services includes PM/CM, engineering support (scheduling, BIM, etc), project controls
WHAT YOU WILL DO: (Responsibilities)
Understand the services of the clients
Search project opportunities for clients across the United States
Proactively implement changes to streamline and improve current processes
Develop and execute enhanced sourcing strategies and utilize sourcing tools (Google Alerts, LinkedIn, search engines, etc)
Tracking, monitoring and maintaining reports
Profiling key persons, companies and organizations
MUST-HAVES
Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring leads and opportunities in different platforms
Self-sufficient and independent
Multi-skilled and may be open for other VA tasks but not required:
High level minutes-taking and able to provide key-takeaways to executive level
Events coordination
