JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time virtual assistant - with specific skills in customer service, social media, and copywriting. You will be doing a variety of tasks, many of which I will create tutorials for (or link to other examples for you to learn from).
-Experience in Social Media is REQUIRED: Posting Times, Hashtags, Basic photo/video editing, any social media management platforms (Facebook creator studio, Hootsuite, SocialPilot, etc)
-Experience in customers services is REQUIRED
-Experience in email marketing is a plus (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, I use ActiveCampaign)
-Excellent written and verbal English communications skills are REQUIRED
-Strong internet connection
-Computer with access to word processing/spreadsheet software, basic video editing software, basic photo editing software

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. $ ---------- USD/month

You will be:
-Writing posts for social media (we have the photos, videos we need intelligent copywriting), hashtag generation
-Communicating with clients over email on behalf of the company
-Writing and scheduling emails to go out to our list with information.
-You will be managing the social media, email marketing, and answering client emails on my behalf.

There is plenty of room for learning new skills, but it’s important that you have clear English writing skills.

About Me: I’m a magician and entertainer. I perform my high-tech magic shows for virtual gatherings and at in-person events around the world. I’ve loved magic ever since I was a kid, and have a passion for pushing the craft into the future by incorporating innovative technology into my performances. I’ve got so much to manage in my business that I’m in need of some extra help with the administrative and day-to-day operations. I’m hoping that having a virtual assistant will give me more time to focus on the most important aspects of my business that I’ve neglected due to time constraints. I am also willing to learn from your expertise for everything from our communication to your tasks.
