Customer Service Officer

We're a Financial Technology company based in Singapore, and need a work-from-home virtual assistant who is well versed in the cryptocurrency space or Decentralized Finance (DeFi) to constantly reply to chat queries in our telegram groupchat regarding our project.

You will be provided a comprehensive FAQ list to reply to the various questions that may be asked, and also get new answers from a separate whatsapp groupchat from the us, and constantly update the FAQ list. Your KPI will be based on the responsiveness of answering to queries.

Responsibilities:
Customer service and replying to queries immediately

Requirements:
- Fluent in written English
- Possess relevant experience in past jobs
- Refer to a comprehensive FAQ list to answer questions
- Take note of new questions and get the answers and enhance FAQ list
- If familiar about cryptocurrency or Decentralized Finance (DeFi) will be a huge advantage
- PLEASE ATTACH PAST EXPERIENCE OR RESUME

Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 5mbps
- Be active on Telegram for replying to customers
- Be active on whatsapp for communication with company

Full-Time:
- Mondays - Fridays; Singapore Time (Same as Philippines Standard Time)
- 9am to 6pm

Rate or Salary Range
25,000 PHP / month
