VA Position to mass Contact clients / Build Social Media accounts

Looking for a VA to research owners of large social media accounts and contact them with a set message via twitter, or email.
Manage who has been contacted with a Google Doc Spreadsheet, and keep up to date with who has replied back. Will forward those warm leads to our internal Sales team.
Second part of the job is to build up social media accounts by posting, adding friends, commenting on accounts.
Potential for Bonuses for hitting targets.
