Are you an extremely detail-oriented person who has experience in the recruitment processes and is willing to work US Central time? If so, then you are the one we are looking for!

Our company is seeking for a full-time Hiring Associate to manage the recruitment and on-boarding process of our new hires. Our ideal candidate has experience in screening and assessing applicants because the main goal of this job is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong team.

Qualification:
• must have at least 3 years of experience as hiring associate or similar HR role
• extremely high-attention to details
• outstanding oral and written communication skills
• excellent time management skills
• Competency with various with HR Tools and techniques and tests
• Familiar with Recruitment marketing
• knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing hiring methods & strategies
• Innovative to find and learn ways to improve Hiring process
• Available to work US Central Business hours

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop sustainable recruitment goals and objectives with strategies to attain them
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on goals and company needs
• Plan and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to attract high quality applicants
• Source passive candidates
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations of USA
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
• Use multi-channel approach to recruit
• Identify key recruiting KPIs
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
