Email Outreach

Our growing team is seeking a new hire! We are a customer service agency, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and caring person to join our sales efforts.

You'll be given a list of contacts and company details - you'll need to personalize templates to send emails and follow-ups to the prospects. You will also need to handle prospects' replies. We'll provide tools, instructions and training.

Working hours - from 8am -to 4pm EST (5 days a week, 40 hours weekly in total).

Work objectives, or the result we need:
-- 40+ emails are personalized (accurately and with a heart, based on the company details) and sent per day;
-- prospects' replies handled in a timely manner, there are around 10 of these per day;
-- make sure all follow-ups are sent in time (you'll see them in CRM);
-- work closely with the team and share insights;

Prior experience in sales, copywriting or customer service is great!

We will ask you to complete a test task so you can get a feeling of the work and we can have a look at your skills.
