Pre-Sales Consultant & Support Engineer

Candidate will generate, develop, and help close new business for ANSI’s software solutions. Will work closely with the Sales Support Group to develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations for prospect, and provide post-sales support.

Responsibilities:
• Pro-active communication to the Sales Team & Project Manager on management of technical issues and recommendations
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide customer satisfaction support by effectively handling customer inquiries through phone call diagnosis, isolation, on-site visits and providing of possible solutions for POS hardware and software issues and concerns.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in any POS / ERP / Accounting software solutions an advantage.
• Experience in selling & supporting high end software solutions and services to enterprise and mid markets, an advantage
• Keen to details and with good analytical and critical skills.
• With excellent verbal and written Skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the confidence to talk to a higher level of management.
• No work experience required.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila
