The main measure of success for this roles are as follows:

Increase social media presence and followers. Let’s hear your ideas and reach the top!
Increase website traffic. Let’s get our target audience to our site and eventually…
Get a lot of leads! Lead generation for B2B/B2C. Let’s get those inquiries in our mailbox!
Goals & Requirements:

Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around social media growth, digital presence and good website ranking.
Prepare analytical reports, monthly/quarterly/ annual goal setting, competitor analysis and necessary digital trends report
Conduct social media and website audits to ensure best practices are being used
Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
Coordinate with digital marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
Knowledge of content marketing
Proven track record of social media growth across all platforms (specifically LinkedIn and Twitter)
Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
Ensure that the brand message is consistent across digital media and PR outreach, word of mouth and social media.

Requirements for Success:

BA/BS degree or equivalent
3+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing)
Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
Experience executing paid social media campaigns, creating social media content calendars
Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe (preferred but not required)
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Incredible attention to detail
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of content management systems
