JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part time admin to help me work on admin tasks and to create systems for my productivity coaching business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar
Familiarity with Social Media platforms, social media schedulers, and SEO
Familiarity with project management software like Todoist
Familiarity with Canva for social media images
Familiarity with Divi on WordPress preferred
Familiarity with simple video editing and uploading to YouTube
Experience with Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Familiarity with Google Calendar and a scheduler such as Calendly
Excellent email and written communications skills
Solid organization skills

I teach and coach productivity to overwhelmed small business owners (many have ADHD) and am creating several online courses
I move quickly and expect others to do the same

About the Position:

Document admin procedure and then follow them if needed
General admin
Create images in Canva for social media and set up posts in Hootsuite
Daily input of hashtags into Instagram comments

Email
and possibly calendar management
Organize posts for Facebook groups
Update website with blog posts and podcast posts weekly
Book podcast guests
Assist on webinars and other trainings (2 times per month)
Edit video and upload to YouTube

Work about 6-7 hours per week to start

About Compensation:
Pay weekly or monthly (flexible)
Pay increases based on performance
Bonuses for great work
