The successful candidate will be working alongside highly experienced senior management staff and take responsibility to fill mandates within the FinTech space. The mandates are global so this is a great opportunity to enhance your international recruitment skills.
Responsibilities
Utilise a range of search media to identify potentially suitable candidates in line with job requirements
Create shortlists of best matched individuals and connect with these people via telephone/Skype/email
Professionally interview prospective candidates about the role with which you are tasked to recruit for
Submit suitably screened candidates to Senior management staff with a good understanding of candidate situation
Manage and coach candidates throughout the interview process and post-hire
Work effectively within a close team environment and collaborate with wider team to enhance overall company performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent level of English - both written and spoken is essential in this role Degree qualified, someone interested in learning
International recruitment experience is a real advantage
Good understanding of technology and data
High level of interest within the Fintech sector

Must be able to communicate via email and phone in a professional and timely manner

Have a genuine interest in people and building relationships
Have a desire to learn and develop knowledge within the Fintech space
Have a deep interest in researching and using initiative to find specific candidates
Have the ability to build rapport and gain credibility with candidates over the telephone
Be able to confidently probe and extract information to better understand candidate skills over the telephone
Must be highly responsive and act quickly to new search requirements and take ownership of mandates allocated to them
Must be extremely hard working and a solid team player
