Training Program Consultant

RECODemand (Real Estate Commissions On Demand) is a 1-on-1 training program for real estate agents & mortgage brokers. We help real estate & mortgage businesses go online by running webinars.

Webinars are a very powerful way to acquire new clients by educating first. This position is a consultant for the training program.
Your day-to-day role will be to speak with real estate agents & mortgage brokers and train them on how to set up their Facebook ad campaign, landing page/funnel, and CRM.

Required skills:
- Great English communication skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing - lead generation
- Knowledge in online systems (Ad campaigns, landing page/funnels, drip campaigns)
- Knowledge in Facebook ads
- Knowledge in CRMs (Customer Relationship Management System)
- Knowledge in the real estate industry
- Knowledge in conversion rates (website visitors, leads, appointments etc.)

Required experience:
- At least 2 years in customer support - phone & email
