Sales Staff

-Close Clients Orders
-Be able to convince clients to acquire the products being sold
-Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
-Perform any other tasks that management requires assistance with
-Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
-Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
-Maintains customer records by updating account information
-Answers customer queries on issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns-
-Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
-Respond to social media client inquiries
