Urgent Hiring: Customer Service Agent

Customer Service Agent for North American customers required.
Our North American eco-product business is looking for a skilled customer service agent to join our team
as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer
service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have
excellent English, both written and spoken, and be well-trained in customer service techniques that can be
critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Customer service liaison will include both telephone and email.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service
questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a
positive rapport with every caller/emailer
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any
changes in company policies
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat
customers
- Process orders both B2B and B2C in an efficient and accurate manner
Skills Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have at least 3 years full-time experience with an American company
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Must be available to work during North American business hours on 6.5-hour shifts (between 9:00
P.M. to 9:00 A.M. Manila local time), each shift is able to take paid 30-minute breaks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work from home and have your own computer and access to a stable and fast
internet connection
Desirable but not essential
- Basic knowledge of Xero, Shopify, and CRM
- Experience with using VOIP telephone systems
