Merch By Amazon Expert

ABOUT US:
We are a Los Angeles, CA (USA) based eCommerce company that also sells on Amazon’s marketplace. We do Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and also Merch By Amazon (MBA). For this position we are looking for the perfect person to scale our MBA business and build a long term partnership.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience with Merch By Amazon (or other Print On Demand Platforms)
• Must be able to manage the entire Merch By Amazon account without getting us terminated.
• Must be able to follow through with tasks and milestones.
• Must keep spreadsheets of niche research, keyword research, designs, sales and royalties.
• Must be able to design or manage designer(s) and other team members
• Must complete 40 hours each week using Time Doctor app (or similar time tracking software)

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Starting pay 40,000/month salary (DOE)
• Bonus after hitting each milestone (quarterly milestones)
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• 1 week bonus pay upon hiring
• Two weeks paid vacation each year

• 13th month bonus (position starts in May 2021)
• 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
• Must have your own working computer
• Must have high speed internet
• 40 hours of work each week
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments
• Must perform some virtual assistant duties
• Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps (or similar)
• Must perform well as a team
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
