JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a great customer service freelance agent that can answer all inquiries and issues for our short term rental business (Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO) and communicate with us to help solve issues or scheduling. We currently receive approximately 15 inquiries a day so it is very sporadical through out the day.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English reading and writing skills. You should be able to read, write and talk English fluently, quickly and have a decent American accent.
2. Be on call for any incoming inquiries from 8:30am EST - 10:30pm EST. Almost all communication with our guests is through the platforms messaging system but there is also every once in a while a need to speak with the customer on the phone.
3. Be very responsive and attentive to inquiries and to us which means be available to answer any inquiry within 5 minutes. This job can be done with a smart phone.
4. Have a great customer orientated attitude. We want our guests happy!

This job does not require you to be dedicated only to us but it does require you to have us as a priority when an inquiry comes in or if we need you, and to answer immediately during the work hours.
