Prospecting, Cold calling, Lead generation, Appointment setting, Objection-Handling, Lead conversion, Following up with past leads to make them sales ready for the agent, Immediately qualifying new leads and getting new leads pre-qualified on the buyer side with our trusted lenders, problem solving, Phone skills, texting skills, CRM updating/management.

GOAL orientated!
