Web2.0s custom account registration

I need a VA to register and create profiles in the following accounts:
twitter
blogger
tumblr
weebly
and other
This accounts should have profile picture description and other.
Its also needed to work with a small software, easy to work with.
The task is simple, it only takes 1 hour a day, after completing the training and be acquainted with the system.

I need the VA to work in a fixed schedule in the day, so i can send previous instructions.
