Job Specifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and methodical individual to help the VideoJug marketing team achieve SEO elements of the marketing strategy. This role is for students/graduates, so previous experience is not a necessity as the successful applicants will be provided with the necessary training for all tasks. All applicants should have a general understanding of marketing, and must be a seasoned internet user.

Responsibilities include:
• Support the marketing department to increase user visits and external links to the VideoJug website.
• Active promotion of VideoJug across all social bookmarking and social networking sites.
• Actively promote links to Videojug by posting to relevant communities, blogs, answer sites, directories, and networks.
• Support the management of the Search Engine Optimisation Strategy.

Requirements:
• Good English communication, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of the Internet and how it works.
• The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word is compulsory.
• A PC, and a quick Internet connection is needed, as this is a work-from-home job.

Other Information

We do not expect you to be perfect straight away, so Videojug will provide you with full training during the course of your employment. We are looking for a mutual relationship that can be a learning curve for both Videojug and yourself.

The variety of tasks is large, and the ability to choose different assignments on a daily basis gives you full flexibility into your work.

Tasks will get uploaded to a centralised interface with full transparency through employment.

If you are successful in the first round of applications, in the second round you will be required to complete some online written communication tests.

Bonuses will be rewarded to the top performing workers on a monthly basis. These bonuses will only come into effect after a three month period.

This could be a long-term job depending on the success of the project.
