Sales Assistant

As a growing digital agency specializing in aesthetic medical practices, our business development department is looking to hire a Sales Assistant / Remote Assistant. This person will need to provide outstanding support to prospective clients by being responsive with email communication and follow-up, setting expectations on next steps, and maintaining a calendar for appointment scheduling.

This person will provide sales assistance to the business development team by preparing research and a digital analysis for client prospects, prepare proposals and agreements and keeping detailed notes of prospect zoom meetings. This person needs strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Ideal candidate will have:
• Proven work experience
• Knowledge of CRM system(s) (Zensell or Zoho a plus)
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Loves to work in a collaborative environment and is a team player
• Solid computer skills
• Pride in Customer Service and a best in class attitude for Client Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail Oriented and Organized
• Knowledge of Google Suite, PandaDoc, WordPress, or HighLevel a plus
• Experience with Medical Aesthetics Practices a plus


**Must be willing to work US Pacific Time Hours.
