Responsibilities:
Create and send out invoices to clients on a timely manner
Record daily bank and monthly credit card (AMEX) transactions
Process accurate vendors and subcontractors payments thru ach, bills pay, credit card and ensure all supporting documents are provided
Perform other financial and accounting task
Manage vendor's or client's concerns and correspondents, as necessary
Assist Financial Officer as needed
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree in Accountancy
With At least two years experience (US client or construction industry experience is an advantage)
Multi-tasker and fast learner
Good in oral and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands
Team player
