Front-end Developer (rest API, Wordpress expert)

OUR COMPANY / CONTEXT
We are a start-up based in the UK.
We want to make information on blockchain and cryptocurrency technology available to everyone.
Our site offers top-notch and independent reviews and features the best well-known players in the space: Binance, Coinbase, Coiname, Bitfinex, Kucoin and many more.
Website is almost complete and we are ready to launch.
We are now looking for a Front-end developer to support phase two: the release of additional features and global expansion.

THE ROLE
The candidate will be the go-to person in the company for all IT projects and activities.
Will have the responsibility to take the rendered designs and translate them into webpages and make sure functionalities work as intended.
He / She will be also in charge of all API connections and integrations of the site.
We want this person to lead all things IT and grow along with our ---------- SENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Wordpress development (customizing themes and developing plugins)
> Develop components and consuming REST APIs
> JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, HTML, CSS
> AWS and lightsails (site is hosted here)
> MySQL databases
> Advanced to proficient English
> Four to seven year's experience
> Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
> Mailchimp (nice to have)

APPLICATION PROCESS:
There will be three steps:
1. Apply by sending over: your CV, a list of five projects you completed (API connections you developed to be in there at least in two of them), with a sample of your code.
2. Successful candidates will be asked to complete a small task
3. Video interview
