Software support for animal rescue

Are you great with learning software? Do you like helping people? Are you passionate about animal rescue and people helping animals? Then this is the job for you. ---------- is a custom built "Uber for animals" and supports more than 30,000 volunteers and 5,000 organizations. We're looking for customer service people to join our team to help new organizations (and volunteers) be successful in using the software and getting the most out of it. After all, when they're successful, more animals are saved so we're passionate about making them successful.

U.S. Hours required - ---------- works in the U.S., Canada and Australia so we need to have coverage during U.S. hours to best support our organizations. We'll be flexible but need flexibility from you to help us cover the hours.
