SEO/Wordpress Developer (Elementor/Oxygen)

I am looking for someone who can help me with my business of generating leads for local businesses. More specifically, I have a "rank and rent" business, so it is a huge plus if you have done this before.

The job will require:
- Researching new city/niche combinations for rank and rent
- Developing the web site for these niches
- Creating content for the sites and optimizing the content using software tools which I will provide
- Creating citations and other backlinks, possibly PBNs for the sites
- Reaching out to prospective business partners via email or phone to take our leads

The ideal candidate will:
- Know how to do SEO content writing (using tools like Surfer SEO, Conversion.ai, Copyscape, Grammarly are a plus)
- Have strong experience with Wordpress web site design/development using Elementor or Oxygen - to develop sites quickly
- Have good spoken and written English
- Experience with keyword research
- Experience with "rank and rent"
- Experience in obtaining GMBs
- Creating backlinks (citations, web 2.0, social profiles, PBNs)
- Willing to overlap at least 4 hours a day with my schedule of 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time
- OK with a time tracker software

This is a full-time position and the right candidate will be highly self-motivated and will require very little supervision from me. I will provide you with all of the best training and software tools and will pay bonuses if you help me achieve my goals. You should know what it takes to rank a website from your prior experience.
