We sell Mid to High End Sofas, and have an amazing customer base of people who love our team and products.

We are seeking team members to join our sales & customer support team. We will have you working on our Facebook Accounts
The job is easy, fun, and enjoyable. Our items are high value, in Australian dollars so we love to share big bonuses and healthy salaries for our team based on results. This is a no-stress job that is perfect for anyone that is friendly and willing to be next to their phone at all times.

How does it work?

We advertise our products locally, on Facebook Marketplace to connect with our customers and share our products.
We make it very easy to do, we provide you with listings that are ready to advertise with, and you simply answer the customer's questions and help them to purchase.

Generally, customers will message your listing, you reply back with yes this is available, they will either say OK I want to purchase it, or they might ask you a few questions. We provide all the information in the listings, to begin with, so the questions are very small and we provide support for your questions 24/7, we can be contacted at any time to help.

If you perform well - we will reward you.

This job includes performing customer service and assisting customers, also being able to assist our team as a VA in the background with supporting fulfillment and shipments for customers.

When you get an order, we just need some basic information from the customer such as phone number, address, and we sort out all the rest - very easy. We also host weekly meetings with our team to ensure that you are kept up to date, and we listen and respond to any of your concerns and questions!

- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
- Schedule daily customer appointments and make product offerings.
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information.
- Attend once a week sales training session and question time (short)
- Communicate with customers through message only
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
