We specialize in Cybersecurity IT Services and we are looking for an IT Admin / Level 4 Help Desk Technician to take escalation calls from our helpdesk and NOC and direct and assist as needed. Understanding and proactively maintaining daily system performance, having the ability to troubleshoot users' problems, and innate follow-up and follow-through skills are all essential aspects to succeed in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor dashboards and systems for threats and take action based on alerts
• Monitor RMM for desktop patching
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues that are raised to Level 4
• Setup and maintain computer systems and provide the necessary support, PC and Mac
• Responsible for PC’s, printers, servers, firewalls, switches and related equipment
• Assist with the onboarding of new users
•Manage the inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
SKILLS:
• Advanced skills troubleshooting computer systems, applications, and network management
• Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise
• Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops and mobile devices
• Experience with Windows server and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-v and vmWare.
• Understanding of information security tools within systems and user devices
• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and with technical team
Requirements:
• Must have at least 3 years of solid experience in IT service and help desk environment and handling escalations
• Must have A + and Hardware + certification or equivalent
• Must have working knowledge on the following: Ticketing systems, RMM, Microsoft 365 (administration, installation & troubleshooting), Active Directory and Group Policy, and Windows Server and Windows 10, MacOS
• Must be available 40 hours per week and not have any other commitments that interfere with a full-time career
• Must have a quiet home office with minimal distractions, high-speed internet that supports VOIP, backup Internet and electricity, high-quality noise-canceling USB
