Benefits:
Php 115.38/hour

Overview:

The job will mainly involve responding to emails and calls from clients, follow up with clients thru emails or calls, and performing other general admin-related tasks.

Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

-Handling general customer support
-Responding to messages thru chats, emails, and calls
-Follow up with emails or calls
-Generating timesheet reports for payroll
-Lead generation on prospective clients
-Drafting documents and correspondence
-Transcribing notes
-Scheduling
-Other general admin related tasks

Skills:
Good English Communication Skills, adept in using Google suite or other similar office tools, good call handling skills, can communicate clearly through emails, attentive

Requirements and Qualifications:

-With recent experience working graveyard
-Experience in handling calls
-Ability to read and write emails in English
-Excellent English Grammar and Speaking Skills
-Experience using Google Hangouts and Zoom
-Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office)
-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar)
-Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Can commit to long term employment
-Solid organizational skills
-Stable Internet
-Punctual and dedicated
