We're looking for a hard-working, dedicated marketing and admin specialist to help advance our growing company into the next phase of growth. This is a part-time position with tremendous professional development, growth opportunity, and the potential to run the sales division. Candidates with experience in and/or knowledge of the development and advancement will be given priority consideration.
If weeks are slow or not as much marketing work is available, the ideal candidate would also be comfortable to take care of admin tasks such as bookkeeping, clearing
Responsibilities include:
• Work with tools to identify new prospective clients
• Upload new prospects into the internal CRM system
• Research prospect profiles and add required information to tailor personalized communication via
• Assist in scheduling customer appointments (with new and existing clients)
(and grow into also performing follow-up through call/SMS/email all prospects to continually feed the sales pipeline with qualified leads).
• Assist with sales and presentation materials. Provide insight to continuously innovate and upgrade our outreach process.
• Communicate feedback to internal team and strategize on how to effectively build out campaigns.

Experience Expectations:
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
• Proficient with the use of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Experience with CRMs, prospecting tools and autoresponders (Mailchimp, GetResponse etc.) a plus
