Social Media Manager

We are a personal, spiritual, business coaching brand looking for our social media manager.

You are a self-directed, quick learner that is looking to take on work on a project/part-time basis, with clear timelines and deliverables.

You’re not shy about asking questions when clarity is needed, you communicate efficiently and you love to grow social media accounts through organic methods.

Main Skillset

-Social Media proficiency (Instagram and Facebook)
-Scheduling tool (Later or similar)
-Copywriting, copy editing

Tasks

-Take predetermined topics in the life, business, spiritual coaching space and write copy for 5 posts/ week in the company brand voice
-Find relevant imagery to match the created posts
-Communication Management - answer comments or direct message inquiries

Instagram specific
-Know how to add relevant hashtags
-Know how to create stories, reels and IGTV posts
-Know how to mention other accounts, know how to reshare
-Know how to update Linktr.ee links


Facebook Specific
-Know how to schedule pre-written posts within private facebook group settings
-Know how to create events within group settings

-Schedule posts in a social media scheduling tool (like Later)
-Proficient in Google Drive
-Can use gmail easily
-Can navigate google drive documents easily
-Can create simple spreadsheets for tracking social media account metrics
-Experience in working with Asana (project management tool)
-Able to meet twice per week for a one-hour video call sometime during the hours of 9am-12pm CST (all other work can happen during hours of choice)

Experience Required
2 years minimum experience working as a social media coordinator or manager in the online personal development or business coaching world.
