Ability to use project management tool e.g. Trello; liaise with outsourced vendors to ensure they are following our Standard Operating Procedures; email support for clients; social media marketing; create documents and designs in Canva; update information on Groove Funnels website; maintain or setup social media profiles; customer service tasks - follow up with enquiries
