TEAMLEADER / MANAGER - REAL ESTATE BUYER TEA

We URGENTLY need a Team Leader to manage our buyer team department.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in managing BUYER ISA TEAMS - at least 1 to 2 years
***IMPORTANT: Well-versed in using any of the following tools: Kunversion (now KV Core), Boomtown, Brivity, Vulcan 7, RingCentral and its functionalities
-Formulates Conversion Plans and Procedures for the whole team
-In-depth knowledge in the US Real Estate Market (i.e buyer)
-Problem-solving – able to formulate action plans to get results and resolve issues.
-Results driven, tracks conversion and have a go getter attitude
-Detail Oriented – Listening to calls and making sure that ISAs follow the script diligently, maintain reliability, etc.
-Great Communication Skills - be able to communicate to all stakeholders to get the results needed
-Technical Troubleshooting Skills - Can resolve technical challenges for the team (Tech Savvy)
-Open to feedback and coaching

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Stable Internet Connection - at least 10 MBPS.
-Dedicated laptop or desktop with minimum 8GB of RAM.
-Noise cancelling Headset (REQUIRED)
-Backup internet connection
-Dedicated Home Office Set up - Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters etc).
