Webmaster, developer, Core Web Vitals

We are looking for someone who can manage wordpress websites on cpanel/plesk and carry out technical fixes and improvements.

Must be able to rebuild web pages for core web vitals (not just use autooptimize).
Must be able to migrate websites.
Good knowledge of php, javascript, html and css helpful.
