Smarthunter is looking for a dedicated virtual assistant(VA) team member

Smarthunter is a leadgeneration company in the Netherlands. We run cold e-mail and LinkedIn campaigns for customers in the Netherlands. This means creating high quality lead lists, sending personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns on behalf of the customer. Our goal is to to give our customer as much prospects as possible. We use several leadgeneration tools to create leadlists and set up campains like Salesnavgigator, Hunter, Lusha, Woodpecker, Zapier and Expandii.

We are looking for a dedicated VA to help us grow and make our customers ---------- will be a fulltime job. You do not have to have experience in leadgeneration. We will train you to become the greatest lead generation specialist.

Job description
You will start with creating leadlists. This means finding prospects for our customers using tools like sales navigator, hunter and placing them in a Excel sheet. Also doing research on the prospect via Google will be part of this. This is very secure work. We are sending personal messages to the prospects directly so the gathered information about the prospect should be ---------- worries if you do not have experience in this. We will train you via video's and instruction manuals. We will also have daily communication and all our processes will be documented. We want you to be part of the team. All communication will be in English. You do not need perfect English. We aren't native either.

When you are fully trained in creating leadlists we want to hire more VA's who you will manage/work together and control the quality of the lists. You will also help with setting up the campaigns in our outreach tools like Woodpecker and Expandii. We will also train you to work with these tools. Skills we are looking for:

Soft:
• Good communication Skills (be clear in your English writing and speaking).
• Punctual (accurate with deadlines and time management)
• Somebody who is very secure
• Proactive (Asks questions when things are unclear, comes with ideas to improve certain processes)

Hard:
• Computer skills (Good with computer programs like Office and Gsuite. Also easily learns other software tools)

Salary
We want you to grow as our company grows. The first monthly salary will be $350 + $150 signing bonus if both parties agree. The next 3 months you will earn to $500 + $200 ‘’good work’’ bonus if all goes well. after those months you will grow to $700 + $150 ‘’good work’’ bonus if all goes well. After this you will grow every 6 months in salary. We will also include extra bonuses when the company signs new customers.

A short test taks will be part of the hiring process
