JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly, highly organized and has problem-solving skills to handle a office assistant job. This is a High volume fast past environment. There is multiple schedules and systems. Multitasking is a must.

Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for responding to the clients' inquiries and concerns, escalating high-level complaints to the owner, and accurately processing their service requests. CSA also manages disputes, issues refunds as needed, schedules management meetings, and supports the organization's strategic procedures to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a good reputation. CSA will manage the time and schedule of Cleaners.

Duties:
- Manage multiple schedules for multiple people at once (master multitasker)
- Handle multiple softwares and systems and keep them up to date
- Email management - responding to clients, inquires and etc
- Speck perfect English- to communicate with staff, customers and upper management.
- Appointment setting, booking, rescheduling, charging payments etc



What We Are Looking for:

Must have a positive attitude towards work, keen to details, organised, customer-oriented, quick-thinker, a problem solver and can multitask. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to engage with customers and staff via phone and email. Must be available to work 8am - 5PM (EST) Monday - Friday

Requirement:

- a person who is trustworthy and capable of managing credit card ---------- addition, to maintaining a high level of integrity with their words and actions

- Someone who is willing to take initiative and address problems proactively with direction. Who seeks their own answers and makes judgments based on the betterment of the company

- Someone who is personable, empathetic and compassionate and able to approach client interactions with positive customer service attitude and not take it person.

- Great Email support with proper English grammar understanding.

- can follow instruction and subject line and include subject line as Cleaning day

This Job pay Once Per month 7th

System/equipment requirements:
- Laptop/desktop with at least available storage 8g of Ram
- Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS and
- Backup workstation (preferred)
- Backup internet
- USB headset (noise cancellation)
