JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an experienced virtual assistant with excellent typing and written English skills to leverage social media in order to conduct outbound B2B lead generation. Your primary tasks will include using social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram to make friend/connection requests to grow my network base and to reach out via direct message to those connections and follow a script to engage the prospect in a messenger conversation. The ultimate goal is to set appointments on my calendar and qualify the needs of these leads. You'll must have a strong attention to deal, ability to manage and keep track of multiple conversation threads at one time, have a fast and reliable Internet connection, be able to work independently and be driven to learn.

I will provide access to live and pre-recorded training to help you develop your skills. You will need to track your daily KPI's via Google Sheet for metrics like how many new connection requests did you make, connections accepted, conversations started, appointments set daily. Weekly goals will be at least 1,000 connection request and 25 qualified appointments set (based on full time schedule). Part time would be half of these goals.
