Our team is currently looking for a talented Social media VA to manage the social media sales listing of one of our clients in different social media platforms.
You will manage their company image in a cohesive way to achieve their marketing goals.
As a Social Media VA, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle client's social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
Job and Responsibilities:
Digital profile managing:
Instagram:
Post new sales listing, stories and reply to comments.
Facebook
Post new sales listing, stories and reply to comments
Crowdfire:
This is a social media software, you can use this in order to do our client posts.
Linkedin:
Researching relevant real estate articles for posting such as interest rate changes, growth in market changes, government changes.
Google my business:
Setting up this page and collating reviews & other tasks.
Database:
Txt messaging buyers to inform them of new sales listing.
Other future tasks:
Creative advertising & lead generating.
Qualifications:
· At least 6 months of experience in Social Media Management
· Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
· Can work with minimal supervision
. Crowdfire experience is not required but a plus
· Must be creative and proactive
· Knowledge in Graphic Designing is a plus
· Reliable internet connection
· Willing to start working ASAP
