Experienced Digital Artist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Artist to join our company. We operate in the customized canvas art niche and need a skilled artist to lead the production of our art department. For the right candidate, this position will be full-time (30 - 40hrs/wk) and salaried.

Overview
Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in producing photography, art, and digital art, with a deep understanding of art principles and how to apply them to digital artwork. We are looking for a leader that enjoys managing and mentoring other artists by providing them with training and guidance. Creativity and a self-starter attitude are musts. Strong skills in pop art and art deco styles would be considered a great asset.


What You Will Be Doing
* Taking the lead on developing original digital artwork backgrounds for customizable artworks based on popular art styles (e.g. pop art, cartoon, Renaissance, etc.)
* Adding and transforming pet photos (and other images) into works of digital art
* Overseeing training and management of digital artist team members
* Managing quality control of all artwork produced by the team (i.e. review each completed piece to ensure it meets quality standards)

Requirements and Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in photography, digital art, and/or art production
* Extensive Adobe Creative Suite experience is
* Photography and typography skills
* Deep understanding of art and digital art principles
* Familiarity with various art styles throughout modern history
* Self-starter with managerial skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Native-level English language skills (verbal and written)
* Creativity and a love of art are musts!

Pay will be determined based on your skill level and experience. We will offer a competitive rate of pay for the Phillippines.
