Expert Video Podcast Editor - *Urgent*

Seeking a Longtime Hire
Looking for an experienced video editor who can edit videos to look like this: ----------
If we work well together, I will provide consistent work every week and pay weekly.

Here Are The Details:
> I have 15 recordings and each recording is between 60-90 minutes.
> You must be able to edit multiple tracks. The recordings have an audio and video file for both me and my guest.
> The max I can do is $4 for the next 3 months. After 3 months there is potential for the pay to increase.
> We will be going with the best and cheapest freelancer
> We will need at least 1 video each week

Must have:
> You must be able to send me example work. (a sample 15-30 seconds will work but longer is preferred)
> Adobe Premiere or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
