Social Media Content Creator

This position begins as a long-term, part-time, salaried ---------- will become a full-time position and include a raise in wages for the right candidate.

If you have strong English writing skills and blog writing experience, but are not as strong in social media post creation, creating images for posts and blog articles, keyword research, or SEO, that is OK!! I will train you! Your writing skills are the most important.

Content Creator responsibilities include:
• Research industry-related topics
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
• Use image editing tools such as Canva to create corresponding images for content
• Update our websites blog pages as needed

Job brief

We are looking for a Content Creator to write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s web pages and social media accounts. Content would include blog articles and social media posts.
Content Creator's responsibilities include writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
