Leads/Outbound Calling Specialist

Our company helps people make online learning experiences. As a fully online company, we offer three solutions to our customers: consultant analysis of training, extension of an internal marketing or training department, and complete design and implementation of new training. We believe you have learned something when you are able to effectively teach someone else how to do it!

Scope of Work

We need someone who can generate a list of leads from different social media platforms and personal contacts lists. We also need someone who can sift through and identify high vs low-risk contacts in a portfolio we provide and be able to categorize accordingly. The next step is to then be able to create a contact with the list of leads via different media of communications (Chat, Email, Call, Text). We need someone who can read through a script and be able to move the phase of contact from introductory up to conversion to a sale.

Requirements

Fast and stable internet speed (minimum of 8-10MBPS DL)
PC/Laptop workstation with a noise-cancelling headset
Back ups for internet provider and power (in case of outages)
Certification for English Oral/Written proficiency (screenshot if taken online)
