Phone Support and order Tracking Manager

Tasks:
Taking phone sales, processing orders, general email and phone support.

We are a small company that runs multiple sites selling aftermarket car parts online. We need help managing our orders and performing customer service. WE NEED SOMEONE THAT CAN SHOW UP EVERY DAY. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH WORKERS NOT SHOWING UP OR HAVING INTERNET OUTAGES. Please do not apply if you cannot guarantee to show up for at least 35 hours a week.
